Customer Satisfaction Survey - Saturday 2nd October 2004

Whilst at the Forest tram today, there were small teams of people handing out customer satisfaction surveys to passengers at the stop.  They also boarded trams.  The teams seemed to be sampling at specific times rather then sampling continuously.  The team had pens on them if required, and people were invited to complete them and hand them back or leave them on the tram to be collected.
